Finish the Tasks section so that people can use it practically. People will see all tasks on the Dev section, but once live they should be able to login then only see their own tasks.

People will see all tasks on the Dev section, Once live they will have to login before seeing anything. Once logged in they only see their own tasks. As an Tasks_Editor they will be able to create Tasks and edit Tasks. Update the Menu's in Mobile version
